▼What will happen if departments or positions are not registered?
If both department and position are not registered, the data can't be tallied. If one of them is not registered, it will be displayed as "No information".
▼What will happen if an employee is transferred to another department?
If the transfer happens during the data collection period (e.g. an employee's department is changed from Department A to Department B on Unipos), there will be some issues.
When the department information is changed, it will be reflected on the tally results.
In the above example, Department B will have more members after the employee is transferred. Therefore, the usage rate or posting rate of the transfer month will be affected.
In addition, if the change happens in the middle of the month, even the posts that were created before the employee's transfer will be counted as the posts under the new department.
▼What will happen if a department name is updated?
The tally results will contain information as of the time when the request is made.
▼Can we change the display order of the departments/positions?
No. The departments and positions are sorted in the order of the English alphabet (a→z) and then the Japanese alphabet (あ→ん)
▼Will the displayed departments and positions be the information as of the last day of the data collection period?
The information as of the last day of each month.
Example: if the data collection period is from June 1, 2019 to August 31, 2019, the departments that were registered as of August 31, 2019 will be displayed.
▼How will it display if a department was not registered during a data collection period?
The departments/positions that existed as of the last day of each month during the data collection period will be included in the analytics results.
If a department/position was not registered in a certain month during the data collection period, the usage (%) and posts (%) for that month will be displayed as "-".
(Even if a department/position existed, if no one belong to them at the end of the month, the usage (%) and posts (%) for that month will be displayed as "-".)
Example: If your data collection period is from May 1 to July 31, the department that existed from June 20 to July 15 will be included in the analytics results. However, the usage (%) and posts (%) for that department in May and July will be displayed as "-".
▼What happens when I edit the team hashtag?
-
All Posts > Tally by Hashtags
- The CSV will display the team hashtag at the time of post.
-
Value awareness
- It will be recognized as the same team hashtag as before the edit.
※The team hashtag already posted on the timeline will not be changed to the edited team hashtag.
▼About the counting of posts
A post is counted as one post regardless of the number of points or the number of people to whom the post was sent.
Posts sent to multiple people will be counted as one post for each member who sent/received the post.
Even if a post is sent with 0 pt, it will be counted as one post.
▼Data collection period
The data collection period is based on the team's registered time zone.
Example: If a member who belongs to a team in Japan lives in Germany...
The data will be tallied based on the time zone in Japan (Asia/Tokyo), regardless of the member's physical location in Germany (Europe/Berlin).
▼How the ratio is calculated
Each % is based on the number of accounts with the status of "inviting" or "active."
The status reflects the information as of the last day of the designated period.
※Collecting data will start the night after the account issuance date.
▼Tips for creating a CSV file
Only the members who have the admin authority or authority to view analytics can access a CSV file.
The CSV will include members with the status of "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up" or "Active" as of the last day of the data collection period.
▼ About the reflection time of the data
Each data (except positive reports) in Analytics is updated once a day, by 12:00 a.m. (noon) at the latest.
The time when the latest data (the data for the previous day) is reflected may vary from day to day due to system reasons.
If you wish to refer to data including the previous day's results, please do so after 12:00 a.m.
※If you do not include the previous day in the aggregation period (i.e., if you want to refer to data from two days ago or earlier), you can refer to the data before 12:00 a.m. without any problem.
