▼How does this function work?
- On behalf of organizations with the Enterprise Plus plan or with the Unipos Gift Pay option (subject to a 5% fee of the total conversion amount), Unipos will convert users' points to a gift of their choice through giftee.
※Each user can choose their preferred gift from an Amazon gift card, App Store & iTunes gift card (digital code), or Google Play gift code by using a link or QR code on giftee.
▼Gift options and patterns of conversion
▽Points can be converted to one of the following three gifts.
For points worth 50 yen or more, the following can be issued in the unit of one yen.
- Amazon gift card
For points worth 100 yen or more, the following can be issued in the unit of one yen.
- App Store & iTunes gift card (digital code)
- Google Play gift code
▽There are two patterns in receiving a gift.
1. A user will receive an Amazon gift card for the points they have.
2. A user will choose a preferred gift from an Amazon gift card, App Store & iTunes gift card (digital code), or Google Play gift code, and will receive a gift of their choice for the points they have.
※Precautions for the pattern 2
- A user who has received points worth more than 100 yen can choose from three gift options. However, if a user's points are worth 50 to 99 yen, they can only receive an Amazon gift card due to the specifications of the other two gift options.
- Users can only choose one type of gift per month. The gift option can be changed each month.

A user will receive an email with a link to choose a gift by the 10th business day of the following month after receiving points.

▼Steps for receiving a gift (pattern 2: A user will choose a preferred gift from an Amazon gift card, App Store & iTunes gift card (digital code), or Google Play gift code, and will receive a gift of their choice for the points they have.)
A user will receive an email with a link to choose a gift by the 10th business day of the following month after receiving points.
The email will be sent from support@unipos.me
The subject of the email will read: 【Unipos】You've received a gift for the points you received last month.
Click the link in the email. ※Below is a portion of the actual email which will be sent to users.

Follow the instructions on the screen, click "Choose a gift" and "Select this item" to confirm your choice.
↓
On the confirmation screen, click "Choose" and confirm the gift card number/code. Follow the instructions to use them.
▽To redeem an Amazon gift card
Confirm the gift card number and then access www.amazon.co.jp/giftcard/use. You can add your new gift card to your Amazon account.
▽App Store & iTunes gift card (digital code)
Hold down the gift code to copy it, access appstore.com/redeem, paste the gift code and click "Redeem."
▽Google Play gift code
Confirm the issued gift code number, access play.google.com.redeem, enter the gift code number and click ""Redeem."""

▼Eligibility for receiving incentive payments
Users who meet the all three conditions below are eligible for receiving incentive payments.
1. The user is registered with an employment status which is eligible for receiving incentive payments.
At the time of your organization's initial registration with Unipos, the admin designates which employment statuses are eligible for receiving incentive payments.
To change the employment status which are eligible for receiving incentive payments, please contact us using the chat in the bottom right-hand corner. Please also send us an updated list of employment status eligible for incentive payments.
※For organizations with the Enterprise Plus plan, all of the employment statuses are eligible for receiving incentive payments.
2. The user has earned points worth 50 yen or more in the month they are eligible for receiving incentive payments.
Each organization designates the value per point at the time of registration with Unipos.
To change the value per point, please contact us using the chat in the bottom right-hand corner and advise us of the new value.
As of the end of each mont, points worth under 50 yen will not be carried over to the following month.
ex)
<In the case where one point is worth one yen> If a user receives 40 pts in May, he will not receive a gift card in June. In addition, even if he receives 40 pts again in June, a gift card will not be sent to him in July, because his points will not be carried over.
3. The user's account status is 1, 2, or 3 as of the fifth day or the last day of the month in which they are eligible for receiving incentive payments.
※Due to the system configuration, if the status is updated on the sixth day of the month or the first day of the following month, the change may not be reflected. Please do not update the status on these days.
※"The fifth day" is NOT the fifth business day.
※ Status 3 refers to a suspended account. Please note that accounts with this status are also considered for eligibility.

To cancel the conversion of points for a user who meets all of the above three conditions, please contact us using the chat function in the bottom right-hand corner of Unipos, prior to the last business day of the month before their points are converted to a gift.
ex)
User X left the organization on September 10. His employment status was eligible for receiving incentive payments, and he earned 50pts (1pt = 1 yen) in September. His account status as of September 5 was 2.
In order to cancel the conversion of the points he earned in September (which are to be converted to a gift in October), please contact us using the chat function by the last business day in September (September 30).
▼Precautions
▽Expiration and reissuing of gift cards
Pattern 1 (having only one gift type)
- Gift card expiry date: The last day of the month 1 year and 11 months after conversion.
Pattern 2 (choosing one from three gift types)
- Deadline to choose a gift: The end of the month 5 months later receipt of an email to choose a gift on giftee.
- Gift card expiry date: The last day of the month 1 year and 11 months after conversion (for all three types of gift).
※Please note that requests for an extension of the expiry date as well as refund or reissuing of gift cards after expiration are not accepted under any circumstances.
▽Precautions for the pattern 2
- A user who has received points worth more than 100 yen can choose from three gift options. However, if a user's points are worth 50 to 99 yen, they can only receive an Amazon gift card due to the specifications of the other two gift options.
- Users can only choose one type of gift per month. The gift option can be changed each month.
ex)
If a user has points worth 200 yen, they can't distribute those points to receive an Amazon gift card of 100 yen and a Google Play gift code of 100 yen. They can convert the points to an Amazon gift card of 200 yen in October, and then a Google Play gift code of 200 yen in November.
▽Access from overseas
※Giftee can't be accessed overseas.
※If you try to access giftee outside of Japan, the following message will be displayed.
Each access is identified through the network type. For users who want to access giftee overseas, please advise them to use a VPN to connect to a Japanese network.
▽Other information
- We recommend that you use your smartphone to exchange gift cards.
- Gift cards can only be used for accounts issued in Japan.
- The gift card is issued in the unit of one yen.
- A user must receive points worth 50 yen or more in a month to receive a gift card.
- If the accumulated points are worth 49 yen or under, those points will not be carried over to the following month.
- An email will be sent to the user's email address registered with Unipos.

- For a user who is leaving the organization, please change the email address registered with Unipos to the one that will remain active. After this update, please delete their Unipos account.
- This feature can't be accessed from a feature phone.
- Gift cards can't be resold.
- The gift cards can't be cashed out or transferred to another person.
- Gift options are subject to change. Users will be notified of any changes immediately.
▼What if I don't get an email with a link to receive my gift?
Please confirm the following.
- Have you checked all the mail folders of the email address registered with Unipos?
※If you left the organization, have you registered your active email address with Unipos through your organization's admin, prior to the last business day of the month before you would have received a gift?
- Have you checked your spam folder?
- Have you added support@unipos.me to your email whitelist?
