Steps for receiving a gift

1. You receive an email and access the gift cards

This email will be sent by the 10th business day of each month with the following Sender and Title.

  • Sender : no-reply@mail.unipos.me
  • Title : 【Unipos】You've received a gift for the points you earned last month.

 

There are two ways to access the gift cards.

  • Access the URL in the email
  • Scan the QR code in the email

*Please make sure to choose and use your gift before the expiry date. 
Requests for an extension of the expiry date will not be accepted.
*This feature can't be accessed from a feature phone.
*Gift options are subject to change. 
*The gift cards can't be cashed out or transferred to another person.
*Please note that requests for a reissuing of gift cards after expiration are not accepted under any circumstances.
*Gift cards can't be resold.
*Unipos shall not bear any responsibilities for damage or loss which users may suffer in relation to gifts, except when such damage or loss arises from willful or gross negligence of Unipos. 
*Unipos shall not provide customers' information to

2. Choose a gift cards

Choose one gift card of your choice and click "Choose this item".

3. Display and receiving a gift card code

Follow the instructions on the screen, click "Choose" then "Show Code" to display the gift card code.

4. Using a gift card code

When using a gift card code, please follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

 

Precautions

The following expiration dates exist for gift cards.

Please note that requests for an extension of the expiry date as well as refund or reissuing of gift cards after expiration are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Deadline to choose a gift : The end of the month 5 months later receipt of an email to choose a gift on giftee.

    • This is the deadline to access and choose a gift cards from Amazon / iTunes / Google.

  • Deadline date : The last day of the month 1 year and 11 months after conversion.

    • Clicking on “Show Code" will display the deadline date by which the gift card code can be displayed/receivable.
      ※Amazon / iTunes / Google are all the common.
      ※You must click on “Show Code" and wite down or copy the code before the deadline date.
      ※After the deadline date, the gift card code can’t be used.

  • Gift card expiry date : 10 years after the gift card code is displayed.

    • Expiry date for registering and using gift card code on Amazon.
      ※Gift card expiry date is for Amazon only.
      ※App Store & iTunes / Google gift codes can be registered on each site indefinitely.

 

Other information

  • The gift card is issued in the unit of one yen.

  • If you received less than 50 yen worth of points last month, a gift card will not be issued.
    • And points worth under 50 yen will not be carried over to the next month.
  • If a member's points are worth 50 to 99 yen, they can automatically receive only an Amazon gift card.
    • When this happens, Apple Gift Card / Google play Gift Code can’t be chosen.

  • Once a gift card is chosen, it can’t be changed to another gift card.
