Procedures for users leaving the organization
Reminders
Please delete accounts of members leaving the organization.
There are two ways to delete a member's account. Please refer to the following page for details.

How to manage members on Unipos (Change the account status)
※Accounts can't be recovered once deleted.
※A new account can be made with the name and email address used by a deleted account. The data from the old account will not be transferred to the new account.
※To avoid monthly fees for an account, it must be deleted or suspended by 23:59 on the fourth day of the month.
※Please also refer to the help page for The numbers of billable accounts.
(Example) A member is retiring on March 31st
- If you delete or suspend this member's account by 23:59 on April 4th, the account will not be subject to monthly fees.
Organizations using the Unipos Gift Pay service
If you wish to send gift cards after a member leaves your organization, please update their email address before deleting the account, so that they can receive emais from Unipos after leaving the organization.
※Please update the employee's email address by the end of the month in which they are leaving your organization.
(Gift cards will be sent to the updated email address by the 10th business day of the following month.)
※If you have not been able to update the email address in time, please contact our support team.
(Please do not make any changes in the following month.)

(Example) A member is retiring on March 31st

If you change the email address by March 31st, gift cards will be sent to the updated email address.
- Gift cards will be sent to the 10th business day in April.
- If you delete or suspend this member's account by 23:59 on April 4th, the account will not be subject to monthly fees.
Precautions for deleting accounts
Please keep in mind the following when deleting a user's account.
How deleted accounts (status 4) are handled
・The user will not be able to log in, post, or clap.
・The user will not be able to receive any posts.
※Past posts will stay on Unipos. The points associated with the past posts will remain in the involved users' accounts.
・The user will be excluded from the analytics data.
※The user will be included in the analytics data if their status was 1 (Awaiting sign-up) or 1 (Active) at the end of the specified period for data extraction.
・The user will be included in the point transaction history, as long as they received one point or more during the specified period for data extraction.
Addition of points
・The user of the deleted account will not receive weekly points which are sent every Monday. This also applies to suspended accounts.
Points sent by a deleted account
・Points sent by a deleted account will remain. This means that points you earned will not be taken away.
Issuing of gifts (for organizations with the Unipos Gift Pay option)
・All of the following conditions must be satisfied in order to receive a gift card. Please click here for more details.
- The member is registered with an employment status which is eligible for receiving gift cards.
- The member has earned points worth 50 yen or more in a month.
- The member's account status is 1, 2, or 3 as of the fifth day or the last day of the month in which they can earn points.
・When a member is eligible to receive a gift card, it will be sent to the email address registered with Unipos by the 10th business day of the following month.
・If you wish to send gift cards after a member leaves your organization, please update their email address before deleting the account, so that they can receive emais from Unipos after leaving the organization.
※Due to the system configuration, if the status is updated on the sixth day of the month or the first day of the following month, the change may not be reflected. Please do not update statuses on these days.
※If a user earns points after the account is deleted, those points will not be eligible for receiving gifts.
※The above conditions apply to all users regardless of the plan to which the organization subscribes.
