Unipos account status types
The four types of account status are as follows.
1. Inviting / Awaiting sign-up
The member has not yet signed up for Unipos.
2. Active
The member has signed up and their account is not "suspended" or "deleted."
3. Suspended
The admin has suspended the member's account and the use of the account is temporarily restricted.
4. Deleted
The admin has deleted the member's account.

※If the account is "Not signed up" or "Suspended", members will only receive certaian notifications.
Accounts that are "Not signed up"
Log in (sign up)
Members need to sign up in order to log in to Unipos.
Sign up methods are different depending on whether the SSO is turned on or according to the type of members. Please see the pages below as applicable.

"Login ID” is available for companies that have turned on the Login ID function.
Send a post or a clap
Members who have not signed up can't send a post or clap for another member.
Receive a post or a clap
Members who have not signed up can receive a post or clap from another member.
However, they need to complete the sign-up process to view the post or clap that they receive.
Receive points
Members who have not signed up can earn points by receiving posts or claps from another member.
If members who have not signed up receive points, it will be reflected to the CSV file for the month. You can download a CSV file in Team Admin > Point.
Change notification settings / Receive notifications
members who have not signed up can't change the notificaion settings.
To change the settings, members need to complete the sign-up process.
Before a member signs up, they receive these notifications.
- Invitation emails
- Posts they received
Accounts that are "Suspended"
Log in
When an account is suspended, the member of that account can't log into Unipos.
Admin needs to reactivate the account for the member to log into Unipos.
Send a post or a clap
Suspended account member can't send a post or clap.
Receive a post or a clap
Suspended account member can receive a post or clap from another member.
The received posts and claps can be confirmed after the account is reactivated.
※When a member sends a post to a suspended account member, they will see a reminder noting that "Your post to suspended members will be sent once their account is reactivated."
※If the suspended account member has their Slack or Teams account linked and their Slack or Teams notificaton settings are on, they will be able to see the posts received while their account is suspended on Slack or Teams.
Receive points
Suspended account members can earn points by receiving posts or claps from another member.
If suspended account members receive points, it will be reflected to the CSV file for the month. You can download a CSV file in Team Admin > Point.
Change notification settings / Receive notifications
Suspended account members will receive the following notifications, if their notification settings are on.
To stop notifications, the settings need to be turned off before the account is suspended.
- Received posts
- Posts by the members you follow
- Custom rewards (only for the organizations that use custom rewards)
※Only the member can update their notification settings. Admin can't update them.
Points received
The total points received will be preserved until the account is reactivated.
The points received while the account is suspended will also be added to the total points received.
Points available
The member's "Points available" at the time of their account is suspension will be preserved until the account is reactivated.
Points will not be reset while the accoun is suspended.
Once the account is reactivated, the member will have their "Points available" they had when their account was suspended. Their points will be reset on the following Monday.
Accounts that are "Deleted"
Log in
Once the account is deleted, the member is no longer able to log into Unipos.
Deleted accounts can't be recovered.
Send a post or a clap
Deleted account member can't send a post or clap.
Receive a post or a clap
Deleted account member can't receive a post or clap from another member.
However, the posts they sent or received before the account was deleted will remain on their timeline. This means that the member can continue to receive claps.
Points received
Deleted account members can earn points by receiving posts or claps from another member.
If deleted account members receive points, it will be reflected to the CSV file for the month. You can download a CSV file in Team Admin > Point.
※The CSV data for donations will be different from the above. For more information, please see "What's point CSV download?"
Posts and claps that were sent / received before account deletion
Posts and claps sent or received before the account was deleted will remain on the member's timeline.
Points that the deleted account member sent to another member will also remain.
※The profile picture, name, and search name at the time of account deletion will remain on Unipos.
※Other members will not be able to search of view the profile page of the deleted account.
Reminders for adding new accounts
You can create a new account using the email address for a deleted account.
If you use the deleted account's email address, that account's data will not be transferred - such as the total points received, dashboard, timeline, etc.
※The same email address can't be used for multiple accounts at the same time.
※If a new account is using the same email address as a deleted account, please make sure that the address is active and can receive emails.
Reminders for usage fees
The usage fees will be incurred in accordance with your plan and the fee structure.

Reminders for gift cards
※This is applicable to the organizations that have the Enterprise Plus plan or the Enterprise plan with the Unipos Gift Pay option.
Reminders regarding gift cards depend on the type of member whose account is being removed/suspended.
