Dashboard
The dashboard is a function that allows you to understand your Unipos usage.
The data is updated daily.
※The displayed data is the data up to yesterday.
※ "Points usage (%)" for the latest month is updated on Mondays when your points are reset.
Aggregation will start the night after the Unipos account issuance date.
If you have admin or analytics authority, you can also check dashboards other than your own.
※It can be checked only with a web browser (PC).
The data are divided into the following
- Total receiving points
- Recent 1 month data
- Accumulated data
- Past 6 months data
Total points
The total points shows the cumulative number of points since you start using Unipos. It will be updated on a real-time basis and you can't reset it.
Recent 1 month data
①Used point % of last month
During the last month, you can see the percentage of "sending points" you have used.
Sending points will be given 400 points on Monday, and points that were not used during the week will be reset every Sunday (it will not be carried forward). Post and clap a lot every week, let's use up the points!
※How the points usage (%) is calculated
This information is updated weekly. The points you used during the past week will be reflected to the data on Monday around lunch time.
<Example>
★ Points usage (%) you can see between Monday, August 9 and Sunday, August 15
200 points you used between Monday, August 2 and Sunday, August 8 = 200 / 400 = 50%
★ Points usage (%) you can see between Monday, August 16 and Sunday, August 22
200 points you used between Monday, August 2 and Sunday, August 8 + 400 points you used between Monday, August 9 and Sunday, August 15 = (200 + 400) / (400 + 400) = 75%
②Reaction % from last month
You can see the percentage of posts that you have reacted in Unipos for the last month.
※The percentage of posts that have been reacted to is calculated when the post, not when it is reacted to.
You can tell what it feels like to the person who posted it if you react. There are many voices, "I'm glad to get a reaction!".
③Ranking of the number posted from last month
During the last month, you can see how many times you have posted among the members of your company.
④Ranking of the clapping number from last month
During the last month, you can see how many times you have clapped among the members of your company.
Accumulated data
⑤Members you sent posts to
You can see a list of members you often create posts for.
When you send a post to multiple members, each member is counted towards this ranking.
⑥Members who sent posts to you
You can see a list of members who often create posts for you.
When a post you received is addressed to multiple members, the sender is considered that they sent one post to you, regardless of the number of recipients.
⑦Members you clapped for
You can see a list of members you often clap for.
When you send claps to a post addressed to multiple members, each member is counted towards this ranking.
⑧Members who clapped for you
You can see a list of members who often claps for you.
When you receive claps for a post addressed to multiple members, it is considered you received all of the claps, regardless of the number of recipients.
Data for the past 6 months
⑨The number of points you received for the past 6 months
You can see how many points you got for each month. If you are concerned what happened to the past month, please look at the timeline you received! ^ ^ You will feel good!
⑩The number of posts from the past 6 months
You can check the average number of posts per month. You can check past posts from the timeline you have sent.
When you send a post to multiple members, each post is counted as one regardless of the number of recipients.
⑪The number of claps from the past 6 months
You can see the average number of applause by month. When you clap for a post addressed to multiple members, each clap is counted as one regardless of the number of recipients.
If it is little bit hard for you to post, please feel free to clap! You will be addicted to it!
⑫Point usage from the past 6 months
You can see the average point redemption rate for each month. If you think "the digestibility of the past month is high", let's look back on the timeline you sent!

※If there are multiple departments or the department has a parent department, it will be displayed with a solid line in a different color from the above.
※Points usage (%) includes 'points you sent with a post addressed to multiple members' and 'clap points for a post addressed to multiple members'.
About the reflection time of the data
Data are updated once a day, by noon each day.
The timing when the latest data is reflected to the system may change each day.
If you wish to review the data including the day before, please check after 12pm.
