▼Choice of a CSV file to upload: Failed to upload a file.
You may be trying to upload a CSV file which contains a character encoding other than Shift_JIS or UTF-8.
・Please check the character encoding, revise the file as needed and upload it.
▼Email address: Email addresses are invalid.
・You may have added space before or after an email address.
・You may have used a full-width "@", instead of a half-width one.
▼Position [○○] The position has not been registered.
・You may not have pre-registered the position.
・You have entered multiple positions. You can only register one position per member.
▼Group [○○] The group has not been registered.
・You may not have pre-registered the group.

▼The item number and data number don't match.
・You may have missed filling out the first row of your CSV file.
▼Enter CSV item names in the first row.
・Leave the first row of a CSV file as is, and enter members' data from the second row.
▼CSV item name is not correct.
・Below are the correct CSV item names.
・Please make sure that the item names are correct in your CSV file.
- Email address : mailAddress
- Name : fullName
- Employee number : employeeCode
- Position : position
- Group : departments
- Employment type : employmentType
▼Reminders when uploading another CSV file after an error has occurred
・Remember that the rows without an error have been successfully uploaded.
・When uploading another CSV file, please make sure that you ONLY include rows which had errors to prevent duplicate registrations.
▼Is your selected character code correct?
You need to choose the same character code as the file you upload. An error will occur if they do not match.
Please make sure to choose the correct character code of your CSV file before uploading it.
▼Is your CSV file not garbled?
Some letters only work with UTF-8, not Shift-JIS. If you see any errors, please try UTF-8.
