▼How is a gift sent to an employee who is leaving the organization?
Please ask your organization's labor relations representative to change the email address registered with Unipos by the last business day of the month the employee is leaving in.
Please make sure to update the email address to the one that will remain active.
A gift will be sent to the employee's updated email address by the 10th business day of the following month.
▼If we send a gift to an employee after they leave the organization, how is this handled from a payroll perspective?
Enterprise Plus plan: A gift will be considered as part of regular salary/wages.
Any other plans other than Enterprise Plus plan: A gift will NOT be considered as part of regular salary/wages.
▼Can we opt not to send gifts to certain employees in a specific month?
Yes. Please advise us of the employees' email addresses by the end of the month, and gifts will not be sent to them in the following month.
▼Can we change the data collection period for calculating points?
With the Unipos Gift Pay option, you are not able to change when gifts are sent to employees.
A point calculation period closes at the end of the month and gifts are sent to each employee within 10 business days of the following month.
As of the end of each month, an Amazon gift card will not be issued for points worth under 50 yen, and those points will not be carried over to the following month.
If your organization independently chooses to tally points and offer incentives to your employees, a point calculation period can be set up as your organization prefers.
▼If we cancel the Unipos Gift Pay option, do employees receive a notification of how many points they have earned each month?
No, employees will not receive notifications from Unipos. Employees will need to confirm the details such as points and gift card amounts on their pay stubs.
▼Can employees receive gifts without registering employment statuses?
Without employment statuses, gifts will not be sent to employees.
Please register your employees' employment statuses before the last business day of the month, so that they can receive gifts in the following month.
※An employee will not receive a gift if their employment status is not eligible for receiving gifts as of the point calculation date (the first business day of the following month).
※Employment statuses are only visible to the admins.

▼Are Amazon gift cards exclusively for amazon.co.jp? Can we send gift cards for amazon.com to some employees?
With the Unipos Gift Pay option, Amazon gift cards will always be for amazon.co.jp.
If you want to send a gift card for amazon.com to some users, you will need to change their employment statuses to ones that are not eligible for receiving gifts.
Then, please set up your organization's own incentives for those employees.
