After SSO is set up and members are added to Unipos, they will receive an invitation email. Members can log in using the link included in the invitation email.
※When SSO is set, the setting is applied to all users other than the administrator.
(It cannot be applied only to some users.)
※The SSO login link will be used on the smartphone app too.
※Once SSO is set up, invitation emails cannot be resent to the members who have not signed up.
※Please refer to < SSO method > to see how users log in using SSO.
▽The best timing for registering members on Unipos
We recommend that you complete the SSO setup on Unipos before registering members on Unipos.
As soon as the SSO setup is complete, an invitation email for the SSO login will be sent to the registered members.
Members who are registered before SSO is set up will receive a link for regular login (not the SSO login). They will NOT receive an email containing an SSO login link.
(The team admin will need to ensure that these members have an SSO login link.)
※The SSO function itself will not have any problem regardless of when the members are registered.
▼Important notices of SSO setting
▽Regular users will not be able to use functions related to their passwords.
Once SSO is set up, only admin can log-in from the Unipos log-in screen by using an e-mail address and password.
Accordingly, regular users will be not be able to perform any password-related actions (i.e. changing and resetting a password).
※Admin can log-in using an e-mail address and password.
※Anyone who has Admin authority can access password settings from here after setting up SSO.
※When SSO is set, the setting is applied to all users other than the administrator.
(It cannot be applied only to some users.)
▽How to have all users log in again after SSO is set up
If a user is logged in while SSO is being set up, they can continue to use Unipos. They will not be forced to log out.
※Invitation emails are not sent to users who were added to Unipos before SSO is set up.
To have users log out of Unipos and then log in after SSO is set up, please ensure that they follow the steps below.
- Each user logs out of Unipos.
- Log into Unipos using the SSO login link. The link can be located below.
> Click "Team Admin" in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Security" in the sidebar of the Team Admin screen.

※To force users to log out, you may use the session timeout function.
※For more details on the session timeout function, please refer to this page.
▽Application dashboard
Once SSO is set up, Unipos will be added to members' respective SSO application dashboards. Members can log into Unipos through their dashboards.
