▼What is Usage per Month?
You can always check and measure how Unipos is used within your organisation.
- The data is available to members with admin authority or authority to view analytics.
- Use the group filter to tally data for specific groups (multiple choice available).
- The group filter is available for the groups which existed when the data was tallied.
- The tallied/displayed data includes up to a day before the displayed "As of" date. (The data of the "As of" date will not be included.)
- For the data prior to April 23, 2019, the account status as of April 24, 2019 will be reflected.
Example) If a user's account had been suspended until April 23, 2019 but was changed to active on April 24, 2019, this user will be included in the collected data prior to April 23. - Data is tallied at around 2am every day.
- The breakdown of usage per computer / smartphone app cannot be displayed.

The data for each selected department will be displayed. You can also compare different departments' data.

▼Definition of each index and how the ratio is calculated
Each % is based on the number of accounts with the status of "inviting" or "active."
The status reflects the information as of the last day of the designated period.
※Data is tallied at the night after the account issuance date.
※Posts addressed to multiple users are also counted.
▽Analyze members' actions
Access (%)
= (The number of users who accessed Unipot once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting/awaiting sign-up" or "active" members) *100
※Access from external tools that can be linked with Unipos (ex: Slack,Teams) not counted.
※However, if you access the web browser version of Unipos from the Teams Unipos app and browser display function, it will be counted in the above data.
Usage (%)
= (The number of members who used points once or more in a month by posting or clapping) / (The number of "inviting" or "active" members) *100
Posts (%)
= (The number of members who posted once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting" or "active" members) *100
Claps (%)
= (The number oof members who clapped once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting" or "active" members) *100
Post recipients (%)
= (The number of users who received a post once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting/awaiting sign-up" or "active" members) *100
Point usage (%)
= The average value of point usage per member (%)※ ※`Point usage per member (%) = (Used points) / (Credited points) *100
Monthly point usage (%) of the month is the average value of the weekly point usage (%) Points are reset every Monday (tally day).
Weekly point usage (%) is calculated on Mondays each month.
Example)
Weekly point usage (%) for May 2019 Tally day May 6 (data from April 29 to May 5)
Tally day May 13 (data from May 6 to May 12) Tally day May 20 (data from May 13 to May 19)
Tally day May 27 (data from May 20 to May 26)
※Data from May 27 to May 31 will be tallied on June 3. Therefore, the data from this period will be reflected in the analytics for June.
▽Analyze the messages in the posts
Average character count
= the average number of characters based on all of the posts for the month.
※When a post is addressed to multiple users, each post will be counted towards the average number of letters once, regardless of the number of recipients.
Team hashtag usage (%)
= the percentage of posts which include team hashtags.
※When a post is addressed to multiple users, each post will be counted towards the team hashtag usage (%) once, regardless of the number of recipients.
▼The "goal" displayed in the graph
You can set a goal in accordance with your organization's situations.
Click "Edit Goal" or "Add Goal" to set a goal value.
You can also choose "Off" to turn off the goal display.
Guidelines are based on other organizations' data, depending on:
- Average value for organizations with a certain number of accounts;
- Average value for organizations before and after a certain period of time since using Unipos; etc.
This will serve as a guide to set up a goal in accordance with your organization's situation.
▼About the reflection time of the data
Data is updated once a day, by 12:00 a.m. (noon) at the latest.
The time when the latest data (the data for the previous day) is reflected may vary from day to day due to system reasons.
If you wish to refer to data including the previous day's results, please do so after 12:00 a.m.
