▼Tabs on the timeline
All:
Members who are registered/signed up can view all the posts.
You can click a member's icon or name on the timeline to jump to their profile.
The most recent 20 posts are displayed when you go to your timeline.
Additional 20 posts will be loaded when you scroll down.
Following:
You can follow certain members to create your own timeline.
※You can follow up to 20 members.
Recommended:
A machine learning method is utilized to pick out posts that will likely prompt claps. The selection is based on the data of the post contents and claps, extracted from all the organizations that are using Unipos.
Received: A list of posts which you received.
Sent: A list of posts which you sent.
Clapped: A list of posts which you clapped for.
▼How to search posts or hashtags
You can use the search window at the top right-hand corner of Unipos.
You can search posts by user or team hashtag.
※You can't search by the content or keyword (e.g. "meeting yesterday" or "appreciation") of the posts.
▽Search by user
1. The search window in the top right-hand corner of the timeline can be used to search for the following information.
・Name ("Aika Nojima" in the example below) or
・Search name ("@sato" in the example below)
※Please make sure NOT to use the full-width "@" or space.
※You can't search your own name.
※Up to 20 members matching the string entered in the search window will be displayed.
2. Access the profile of the user you searched.
You can view the "Received", "Sent", and "Clapped" posts of that user in their timeline.
▽Search by team hashtag
Enter "#" to display a list of team hashtags.
Please enter the hashtag you want to search.
※You can only search team hashtags. Please note that you can't search hashtags that were created by individual users.
The search results will include a list of posts that used the selected team hashtag.
▼Timeout
When the browser is left inactive for a long time, Unipos will be automatically disconnected and the content will not be updated real time.
When Unipos is disconnected, the notification details will not be displayed when you click the bell icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
→When this happens, you need to reload the screen.
To reload, please click the team icon at the top left-hand corner or "Timeline" in the sidebar on the left.
▼Example posts
You can view the example posts on Unipos.
※If you are a Unipos promotion team member, please refer to this page to see how to edit the example posts.

On a web browser, example posts can be displayed in one of the following ways.
1. From the message field
> In the message field on the timeline, click "・・・”.
> Click "See example posts"
2. From the timeline
> Click one of the options under "Do you want to send a message?" on the timeline.
You view the example posts.
Click the example post which you want to reference, and the text will be reflected to the message field.
※Only the text will be copied to the message field. You will need to specify the points to send with the message.

> Tap the paper airplane icon in the middle.
> Tap "See examples posts" as shown below (the draft message will be retained while you view the example posts).
▼Notification icon
When you have new or unread notifications, the bell icon will become blue and a red dot will appear on the right side.
When there are no notifications, the icon will become gray.
Click the bell icon on the top right-hand corner of the timeline and then click a notification you want to read.

▼Unread posts
The posts created/updated after your last access are "unread posts".
However, please note that all the unread posts will be "read" if you don't check your timeline for 14 days.
If you have unread posts, the following items will be displayed on your timeline.

▽Notes about the "unread posts" line for the browser version of Unipos
The "unread posts" line will disappear if you move from the timeline to a different page.
If you simultaneously press Ctrl and click a member's icon or username, you can open the member's profile page on a new tab.
This will allow you to browse pages on Unipos while preserving your "unread posts" line.

※If you want to leave the "unread posts" line, don't scroll down, just go to a different page so that the line will be preserved.
※If you click the icon and jump to your unread posts, those posts will become "read" posts.
▽Confirmation message
You may receive a confirmation message when you are reading through unread posts, if one of the following applies to you.
① When you have a lot of unread posts and it takes extra time to load them.
② When you may experience problems after loading unread posts, due to the device or browser you are using.
> Click "Continue loading" to resume loading unread posts.
> If you click "Stop", your timeline will revert to the original screen before you jumped to unread posts.
▼Pin function
※This function is available on the smartphone app only.
You can pin a timeline to display when you first open the app.
▽How to pin a timeline
Tap the pin icon on the right-hand corner of the timeline.
The selected timeline has been pinned once you see a message at the bottom of the screen and the pin icon turns blue.
Next time you open the app, the pinned timeline will be displayed first.
※The "All" timeline is the default pinned timeline.
※The pinned timeline will not be reflected on the web browser version of Unipos.
