▼The information you can update
You can change the following seven pieces of information by updating members' information.
- Name
- employee number
- position
- group
- employment type
- email address
- account status
※Please see here for examples on how to fill out each item and which letters can be used.
※Once an email address is changed on Unipos, a user will need to log in using the updated email address and current password.
▽Account status
- There are four types of account status - "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up", "Active", "Suspended" and "Deleted."
- To change information via CSV, enter the following half-width numbers for each status.
1: Inviting / Awaiting sign-up 2. Active 3. Suspended 4. Deleted - Deleted members cannot be recovered.
※Once an account is deleted, received points, posts, dashboard data, etc. cannot be restored.
※Once an account is deleted, you can use the same email address to create a new account. - When a member is in the "1. Inviting / Awaiting sign-up" status, their account can be "4. Deleted." However, their account status cannot be changed to "2. Active" or "3. Suspended."
- To change the account status to "Active", the current status needs to be "Suspended."
- To change the account status to "Suspended", the current status needs to be "Active."
- The updated status will be reflected on the Unipos screen immediately. However, the registered information will be updated on the following day.
There are two ways to update / suspend / delete members' information.
1. Update / suspend / delete a member's information individually on Unipos.
2. Update / suspend / delete multiple members' information simultaneously via CSV.
※This function is available on the web platform only.
▼How to update a member's information individually on Unipos
> Click "Team Admin" in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Member" in the top right-hand corner.
> Click "Member List."
> Choose the member you want to edit information of.
> Edit information and click "Save."
※Once an email address is changed on Unipos, a user will need to log in using the updated email address and current password.
※Please advise applicable users accordingly.
▼How to suspend an account individually
> Click "Team Admin" in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Member" in the top right-hand corner.
> Click "Member List."
> Choose the member you want to suspend the account of.
> In the pop-up screen, click "Suspend."
※Posts can be sent to users whose accounts have been suspended.

▼How to cancel the suspension of an account individually
> Click "Team Admin" in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Member" in the top right-hand corner.
> Click "Member List."
> Choose the member you want to cancel the suspension of.
(A suspended account shows an icon on the left side as below.)
> In the pop-up screen, click "Cancel Suspension."
▼How to delete an account individually
> Click "Team Admin" in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Member" in the top right-hand corner.
> Click "Member List."
> Choose the member you want to delete the account of.
> In the pop-up screen, click "Delete."

▼How to update / suspend / delete multiple members' information simultaneously via CSV

> Click "Team Admin " in the sidebar on the left.
> Click "Member."
> Click "Update with CSV" in the top right-hand corner.
> Download a "CSV Template" which includes items you want to update.
> Choose from Shift_JIS (Japanese) or UTF-8 based on the file format. Download a CSV file and enter information.
※If you need to use old-style kanji characters, choose UTF-8.
> Click "Choose CSV file" to upload a CSV file.
> Choose from Shift_JIS (Japanese) or UTF-8 based on the file format.
※ You need to choose the same character code as the file format you upload. An error will occur if they do not match.
>Click "Update."
> Once the update completes, a message will be displayed.
※If you click "Confirm results", you can see the details.
> You have successfully updated the information.
>If the update fails, the following message will be displayed.
- If you click "Confirm results", you can see the details.
- If this error occurs, please re-create a CSV file using a template and upload it using the process outlined above.

▼How to reset a member's password
※This function is available for organizations with the Enterprise plan.
You can use this function when:
- you want to protect an account;
- you want to cancel an account lockout; or
- a member forgets their password and you want to reset it as an admin.
▼What you can do by resetting a password
You can deactivate a member's password from the "Edit Members" screen in the Team Admin.
By using this function, all users who have logged into Unipos using the designated account will be automatically logged out.

※You can reset passwords individually from the "Members" page.
※You cannot reset all members' passwords simultaneously.
▽How to reset a password
Click "Admin Settings" in the sidebar
> Click "Members" in the top right-hand corner.
> Choose the member you want to reset the password of.
> Click "Reset Password."
> Click "Reset."
The member will receive an e-mail to reset the password.
