After signing up for Unipos, please log in using the registered email address and password from the log-in screen.

Click the icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen and "Logout".

Please log in using the registered email address and password from the login screen.

Tap the menu icon at the upper left-hand corner > Settings > "Logout".
< SSO method >
▽PC (Web browser)【Sign-up/login】
When the SSO is set up, you can't sign up or log in by using a password. Please use one of the following 2 ways to use Unipos for the first time.
1. Access the SSO login link.
※The SSO login link is sent by an email (Subject: Welcome to Unipos! Sent by: no-reply@unipos.me). Alternatively, please contact the admin of your organization.
2. Choose Unipos on the SSO app menu, such as Gsuite and Azure Active Directory.
▽PC (Web browser)【Logout】
You can't log out because the logout button is not displayed on the PC when the SSO is set up.
▽Smartphone App【Sign-up/login】
1. Please enter the number at the end of the dedicated URL from "Login using SSO" at the bottom of the login screen.
2. If you succeed in SSO login, you can use the app.
▽Smartphone App【Logout】
Tap the menu icon at the upper left-hand corner > Settings > "Logout".
※For smartphones, the logout button of the app is displayed even if SSO is set up.

▼I can't log into Unipos
Please confirm if any of the following apply to you.
1. You haven't completed the sign-up process.
2. You are entering a wrong email address (please ensure that you are using a half-width "@".)
3. You are entering a wrong password (or you forgot your password).

※If you don't receive a password reset email, please see below.
4. SSO has been set up.
※When the SSO is set up, you can't log in from the regular log-in screen. Please confirm the SSO login method above.
※The recommended browser is Chrome.

Please confirm if any of the following apply to you.
1. You are entering a different email address from the one that is registered with Unipos.
2. A password reset email went to your junk folder.
3. You haven't completed the sign-up process. (Please see the latest invitation email from Unipos.)
4. SSO has been set up (You will need a login link for the SSO).
