What is Usage Details?
You can specify a time period and view data on Unipos usage by department and position.
The data is available to members with admin authority or authority to view analytics.
※The tallied/displayed data includes up to a day before the displayed "As of" date. (The data of the "As of" date will not be included.)
How to check data
Please follow the steps below to tallied the data.
- Analytics > Usage Details

Choose the period of time (start and end date)
※You can specify a period of 3 months.
(If you have been using Unipos for less than 3 months, you can specify the period from the month you joined Unipos to this month.) - Click “Tally as CSV”
Check on screen
When the above steps are completed, you can see the data for each department on the screen.
Click on the for each department to see data by position.
Download CSV
You can download a CSV file to see the data for all departments and positions.
After data tally to the above, please click "CSV Download" on the left side of the screen to download the data.
Definition of each index
Each percentage is calculated based on the number of members whose status is either "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up" or "Active".
The account status is referenced to the status as of the last day of each month.
※The account status for the current month is referenced to the status as of the day before the day on which the tally is to be compiled.
Access (%)
= (The number of members who accessed Unipos once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting/awaiting sign-up" or "active" members) *100
Review the percentage of people who accessed Unipos via a web browser or a smartphone app.
※Access through the external tools such as Slack and Teams will not be counted towards the number.
※However, if you access the browser version of Unipos via the Teams Unipos app or a web browser, those activities will be included in Access (%).
Post recipients (%)
= (The number of members who received a post once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting/awaiting sign-up" or "active" members) *100
Review the percentage of people who received posts.
Average character count
= the average number of characters based on all of the posts for the month.
Review the average number of characters per post.
※When a post is addressed to multiple members, each post will be counted towards the average number of letters once, regardless of the number of recipients.
Team hashtag usage (%)
= the percentage of posts which include team hashtags.
Review the percentage of posts that include team hashtags.
※When a post is addressed to multiple members, each post will be counted towards the team hashtag usage (%) once, regardless of the number of recipients.
Action Rate (old: Members who used points) (%)
= (The number of members who have posted or clapped at least once a month) / (The number of "inviting" or "active" members) *100
The percentage of members who have posted or clapped at least once a month.
※A 0-pt post is also counted as one post.
Posts (%)
= (The number of members who posted once or more in a month) / (The number of "inviting" or "active" members) *100
The percentage of people who have posted on Unipos at least once a month.
※When a post is addressed to multiple members, each post will be counted once, regardless of the number of recipients.
Data reflection
Data are updated once a day, by noon each day.
The timing when the latest data is reflected to the system may change each day. If you wish to review the data including the day before, please check after 12pm.
※If you review the data before the update is completed, the data for the current month will not be displayed.
Other Notes

To use Usage Details, either the department or position must be registered.
- If neither is registered, no data will be displayed.
- Please register them in Departments or Positions in Team Admin.

The period of time can be specified as January 2022 or later.
- You will not be able to view data prior to December 2021, regardless of the month you started using the service.
- To view data by department prior to December 2021, please select your department on the “Usage” page and download the CSV file, or contact our CS in charge or customer support team.
