▼What's point CSV download?
This function is available to the admins. By downloading a list, the admins can confirm how many points each user received.
Separate data is available between users who opt for "money/gift cards" and users who opt for "donation."
This function will be useful for payroll calculation.
Points which are earned through posts addressed to multiple users will be included as well.
Example: Posts from Employee A to Employees B, C, and D. Employee A sent 90 points with the post, and the post received 40 claps (80 points).
Employee B's points→30 points (90 points are divided among 3 recipients) + 20 points (points earned through claps) = 50 points
Employee A's points→20 points (points earned through claps)

▽What happens if a post receive a clap in the following month or after?
The analytics will reflect when each post received points/claps, regardless of the original posting date.
Example) There is a post which was sent/received in January. If that post receives a clap in February, the points associated with the clap will be reflected in the analytics for February.
▽Notes
- CSV data reflects information as of the last day of each month.
※CSV data before February 2020 reflects the employment status as of March 27, 2020.
※The data for the Unipos contract commencement month will be from the usage start date to the last day of the month.
※The data for the Unipos contract termination month will be from the first day of the month to the last day of the contract. - Any unregistered information will be displayed as a blank field.
- If your organization does not have any incentives, the "totalAmount" field will display "0".
- With the plan where users can choose from "incentive" or "donation", if one of these two point exchange methods is not selected by any users, that CSV file will not contain any data.
- Points which are earned through posts addressed to multiple users will be included as well.
Example: Posts from Employee A to Employees B, C, and D. Employee A sent 90 points with the post, and the post received 40 claps (80 points).
Employee B's points→30 points (90 points are divided among 3 recipients) + 20 points (points earned through claps) = 50 points
