What is "Authority" ?
Unipos has features that only members with specific authority can access/use.
Members with admin authority can grant authority to other members.
Type of authority
There are two kinds of authorities:
- Admin authority
- Authority to view analytics
What can you do with these authorities?
The following is what each authority can do.
- Members with admin authority :You have access to/use of “Team Admin” and “Analytics”.
- Members with authority to view analytics:You have access to/use of “Analytics”.
※Members cannot be assigned authority to individual pages within the Team Admin. (i.e. once admin authority is granted to a member, he/she has access to all the Team Admin contents.)
※Members cannot be assigned authority to individual pages within the Analytics. (i.e. once authority to view analytics is granted to a member, he/she has access to all the Analytics contents.)
How to grant authority
※Authorization cannot be granted to “Login ID member".
※There is no limit to the number of people to grant authority.
- Go to "Team Admin” > "Authority"

Search for members on the “Admin authority” tab or “Authority to view analytics” tab.
※You can search by name or search name. - Choose and click on the target member from the list of suggestions.
You're good to go!
When the authority is granted, the member is added to the top of the list.
How to remove authority
※Members with admin authority can remove the authority of other members.
- Go to "Team Admin” > "Authority"
- Open the admin list and hover the cursor on the member to remove authority from. Then, click the trash can icon to the right end of the member.
- “Do you want to delete?” When displayed, click “Delete”.
