・A response from Customer Support can be confirmed in the following two ways.
L As a Product information from Unipos
L By email
▼Below is the procedure to contact Customer Support.
1. Click the ""Support"" icon (in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen).
2. Search for relevant articles.
3. Click an article.
4. If you still have questions, click ""Contact Us.""
5. Enter the subject and message, and click ""Send.""
Your message will be sent to the Unipos customer service.
Please wait for a response from our team.
▼A response from Customer Support can be confirmed in the following two ways.
1. As a Product information from Unipos
(※You need to log into Unipos and send your inquiry in order to receive a product information in your Unipos account.)
When you receive a response, you will see a red dot next to the 【i】 icon.
Click ""Support"" under product information to confirm a message.
Once you click "Support", you will jump to a page which shows a list of inquiries you sent using your Unipos account.
Click the subject line to see the content of the response.
You can communicate with our representatives by using this function.
2. By email
A message will be sent to the email address registered with Unipos from Unipos support<support@unipos-support.zendesk.com>
Not only can you confirm the content of the response, you can also send your reply via email.
