I failed to post from Slack

Check if the following 7 points are applicable.

1．The entry format is incorrect.

The input format for sending posts is as follows
/unipos @Recipient +Points Message #Hashtag

2．You don't have a Unipos account.

Please ask the admin to invite you to Unipos.

3．Your Slack account is not synced with your Unipos account.

You need to sync your Slack account and Unipos account to send posts/claps.

4．The recipient doesn't have / has not synced their Slack account to Unipos.

The recipient also needs to have a Slack account and sync it with their Unipos account to receive your posts/claps.

5．You are trying to send more than 120 points.

You can send up to 120 times per post. You can't send 121 points or more.

6．You are sending a post to yourself.

You can't send a post to yourself.

7．You are trying to post from a Slack thread.

You can't send posts from a Slack thread.

 

Tips for re-posting after a failed post via Slack

When you enter “ / “ on Slack, search predictions will be displayed based on the preceding slash commands that you used.

Even if you fail to send a post, you don't have to worry about losing the text you have thoughtfully typed.

 

I failed to clap from Slack

Check if the following 5 points are applicable.

1．You don't have a Unipos account.

Please ask the admin to invite you to Unipos.

2．Your Slack account is not synced with your Unipos account.

You need to sync your Slack account and Unipos account to send claps.

3．You are trying to clap for yourself.

You can't clap for a post that you sent or received.

4．You are trying to clap more than 60 times.

You can clap up to 60 times per post. You can't clap 61 times or more.

5. You can't cap with the /command.

You can't clap with the “/command”.
