About Invitation email
Invitation email is sent from the email address with the subject line below.
It is sent to members whose account status is "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up”

Invitation email if not using SSO
Link to be included in the email
If SSO is not set up, the invitation email will contain the “Invitation link”.
Members who are "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up" can sign up by accessing the invitation link and registering their first password.

How to sign up, log in or log out
When is the email sent?
Invitation email are sent at three different times
- When the admin added a member

When email is automatically resent every Friday
- Invitation email will be automatically resent to members who ”Inviting / Awaiting sign-up” as of noon every Friday, one by one.

When the admin resended the invitation email
- The admin can resend the invitation email manually. For more information on the procedure to resend, please see How to resend the Invitation email.
Notes

Only the link in the most recent invitation email is valid.
- Once a new link is sent out, old links will become invalid.
- Accessing an invalid URL will result in an error message is displayed, "The link in a Unipos invitation email is invalid."

If a member receives the error message, please take one of the following actions
- Tell members to sign-up using the latest invitation email.
- Resend invitation email.
Invitation email if using SSO
Link to be included in the email
If your team is using SSO, invitation email will contain the SSO login link.
Regardless of account status, members can log in to Unipos by accessing the SSO login link.
Members who are "Inviting / Awaiting sign-up" will be signed up the first time you log into Unipos.

When is the email sent?
An invitation email is sent only once, when the admin adds a member.
Notes
- If you are setting up SSO, you can't resend the invitation email.

If a member can’t receive an invitation email, please inform them of the SSO login link.

I can't receive an Invitation email
We don't recommend deleting an account if you don't receive an invitation email.
Please note that a deleted account can't be recovered.
