Change the notification frequency

Days to receive notifications

From the pull-down menu, select one of the following.

• Everyday
• Weekdays only

 

Time zone

※Can only be changed from the Web browser（PC）.

From the pull-down menu, select one of the timezones you want to set.

For more details, please confirm What is the Time zone?.

 

Change ON/OFF for each notification

※Only the member can update their notification settings. Admin can't update them.

You can receive the following notifications by device and tool.

Email notifications

By default, all notifications are "ON".

All email notifications are sent from no-reply@mail.unipos.me.

If you wish to stop mail sent from success@unipos.me, please see How to unsubscribe from / resubscribe to emails from Unipos.

 

Slack notifications

※Available for companies that have set up Slack linking.

Teams notifications

※Available for companies that have set up Teams linking.

Push notifications

※Available on the smartphone app.

To receive push notifications, you must allow notifications from Unipos in your device settings.

If allowed, all notifications are "ON" by default.

 

Notifications that cannot be turned off

The following notifications cannot be turned off.

• Notifications that relate to admin actions or are sent by admin
  • Example: account lockout notifications, notifications from admin, etc.
    
    
• Notifications to those who have admin authority or analytics viewing authority.
  • Example: Positive reports
    
    
• Notifications that show up on the bell icon at Unipos
  • Example: "〇〇 clapped for the post about you 〇 times."
    
    
• Notification of Gift cards
  ※This is applicable to the organizations that have the Enterprise Plus plan or the Enterprise plan with the Unipos Gift Pay option.
