Confirm the current settings

There are two ways to access the settings screen.

  • Click your profile icon on the top right corner > Settings
  • Go to the My Timeline page and click  WEBハグルマ.png

Change the current settings

Profile Information

Profile Image

  1. Click on the camera icon in the lower right corner of your profile picture on Unipos
  2. Choose your new profile picture and click "Open"
  3. Click "Save"

※You or individuals with admin authority can change your profile picture.

※The profile picture must meet the following requirements.

  • Size: Under 500 KB
  • Format: JPEG or PNG

※There are no limitations to the size of the picture. (A 240 x 240 pixel square picture is recomended)

 

Full Name

  1. Enter your preferred name
  2. Click "Save"

※You or individuals with admin authority can change your name.

※The name must meet the following requirements.

  • The number of letters: Up to 80 letters
  • The types of letters: Full-width and half-width alphanumeric letters, Kanji, Hiragana, and symbols

 

Search name

  1. Enter your preferred Search name
  2. Click "Save"

※You or individuals with admin authority can change your Search name.

※The default Search name is your email address before "@". If you don't wish to make your email address public, we recommend that you change your Search name.

※The Search name must meet the following requirements.

  • The number of letters: Up to 32 letters
  • The types of letters: Full-width and half-width alphanumeric letters, Kanji, Hiragana, and symbols

※Spaces can't be used.

 

Department

Individual members are not able to use their Department.

To change your department, please contact those who have Unipos admin authority in your organization.

 

Account

To change your password on this screen, please enter your current password and a new password.

If you have forgotten your password, please see the page below for the steps to reset your password.

I forgot my password / want to reset it（With Login ID）

 

The login/password reset steps will vary depending on each organization's setup.

If you are not sure how to log in yourself, please contact your organization's admin.

 

Point Exchange

※This option is applicable to organizations with the SDGs Plan.

Notifications

You can turn on or off notifications, and also change the frequency of notifications.

For more details, please see "How to change the notification settings".

 

Language

You can choose from Japanese or English.
