If the "Points available" (400 points) are not added on Monday, please try the following

- Close and re-launch the app
- Restart your smartphone
If the above does not add "Points available" (400 points) , the following may be the cause.
After the points reset, you have spent points

A reset of points are done between 0:00am and 2:00am on Monday every week.(Processing takes time, so there may be some discrepancies among users as to when their points are reset.)
- If you posted or clapped during the above time frame, you may have used the newly added 400 points after the reset.

The following items are recommended for posting and clapping before and after the points reset.
- Posting and clapping will be done with plenty of time to spare during Sunday.
- When posting or clapping during the time when points are reset, reload the browser (restart the smartphone app) frequently to check the latest point.
Notes on using Unipos overseas
The time at which point reset take place is based on Japan time.
This is true even if you are using Unipos overseas.
Please note that based on local time overseas, the point reset may take place at a time that is not “0:00am and 2:00 am on Monday”.
