There are some conditions you need to meet in order to issue and receive gift cards.

If you don't receive emails about gift cards, the following issues may apply to you.
- Unipos has not sent oout an email yet
- Gift emails are sent within the first 10 business days of the month.
※Please note that it is not 10 calendar days. - If the first 10 business days have not passed yet, please wait until you receive an email.
※You may experience further delays during public holidays and around the beginning of the year.
- Gift emails are sent within the first 10 business days of the month.
- The points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen
- Gift cards are not issued if the points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen.
- The total number of points is calculated at the end of the month.
- Points worth under 50 yen will not be carried over to the next month.
- To check the monetary value for your points, you can multiply the points you received last month by your organization's point rate (i.e. how much a point is worth).
- You can confirm the points you received last month in your dashboard.
- Please contact your organization's Unipos admin to confirm the point rate.
- Gift cards are not issued if the points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen.
- Emails are received in the spam or promotion folder
- Please ensure to check mailboxes other than the primary inbox.
- Emails may be received in a different folder and deleted before you notice.

- The email address registered with Unipos has been changed
- Gift emails are sent to the email address registered with Unipos as of the last day of the previous month.
Example) You are receiving a gift card for the points you received in March.
By the 10th business day in April, a gift email will be sent to your email address registered with Unipos as of March 31. - If you left the organization or took leave, your organization's admin may have changed your registered email address.
- If this applies to you, please contact your organization's admin.
- Gift emails are sent to the email address registered with Unipos as of the last day of the previous month.

I can't receive emails from Unipos (no-reply@mail.unipos.me)
Unipos customer service can resend gift cards to you. For more information, please contact us using the support button at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
※If you would like us to resend your gift card to you, please let us know the month in which the gift card was originally sent to you.
※We are unable to resend gift cards after the expiry dates have passed.
