If you don't receive email notifications, please review if any of the following issues apply to you.

Unipos has not sent out an email
- Emails are sent within the first 10 business days of the month (not 10 calendar days).
- If the first 10 business days have not passed yet, please wait for the email.

The points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen

Gift cards are not issued if the points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen.
- The total number of points is calculated at the end of the month.

Points worth under 50 yen will not be carried over to the next month.

To check the monetary value for your points, you can multiply the points you received last month by your organization's point rate (i.e. how much a point is worth).
- You can confirm the points you received last month in your dashboard.
- Please contact your organization's Unipos admin to confirm the point rate.

Gift cards are not issued if the points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen.

Emails are received in other folders like spam or promotions
- Please check your folders other than the primary inbox.

Emails may be sorted into a different folder and deleted before you notice.
