If you don't receive emails about gift cards, the following issues may apply to you.

Gift emails are sent within the first 10 business days of the month.
※Please note that it is not 10 calendar days.

If the first 10 business days have not passed yet, please wait until you receive an email.
※You may experience further delays during public holidays and around the beginning of the year.

The points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen

Gift cards are not issued if the points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen.
- The total number of points is calculated at the end of the month.
- Points worth under 50 yen will not be carried over to the next month.

To check the monetary value for your points, you can multiply the points you received last month by your organization's point rate (i.e. how much a point is worth).
- You can confirm the points you received last month in your dashboard.
- Please contact your organization's Unipos admin to confirm the point rate.

Gift cards are not issued if the points you received last month were worth less than 50 yen.

Gift emails are sent to the email address registered with Unipos as of the last day of the previous month.
Example) You are receiving a gift card for the points you received in March.
By the 10th business day in April, a gift email will be sent to your email address registered with Unipos as of March 31.

If you left the organization or took leave, your organization's admin may have changed your registered email address.
