Error message: "We couldn't apply a department filter."
An error message is displayed when the specified filter cannot be applied.
When you receive an error message, the timeline will not reflect any filter. It will display all departments' posts.
Please try the following ways depending on your environment, and then try setting the department filter again.

※Available when Teams Unipos app is being set up.
- After a short pause, clickand " Reload app” in the upper right corner of the Teams screen.
- Access Unipos with a recommended browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari), set the department filter, and clickand “ Reload app” in the upper right corner of the Teams screen.
