Sign-up/login

If you have SSO set up, the first time you log into Unipos you will be signed up.

Please see below for the login steps.

 

Web browser (PC)

Please use one of the following 2 ways to use Unipos for the first time.

※Once SSO is set up, only Admin can log in from the Unipos login screen by using an e-mail address and password.

 

Access the SSO login link

The SSO login link can be comfirmed in the following 3 ways.

(1) Comfirm the link in the invitation email.

Invitation email

  • Title: Welcome to ○○○!
    ※The ○○○ contains "Unipos" or " the team name of your team".
  • Sender: no-reply@unipos.me

If you don’t receive / find the invitation email, please follow (2) and (3) below.

 

(2) Comfirm the link in the reset password email.

(3) Contact the admin of your organization

Choose Unipos on the SSO app menu, such as Okta / Microsoft 365 and access.

You can access Unipos on the SSO apps menu of Okta/Microsoft 365 etc.

 

Smartphone App

  1. Follow the steps on the following page to download the Unipos smartphone app

  2. Tap "Login using SSO" from the bottom of the Unipos app login screen
  3. Enter the number at the end of the dedicated URL and tap “Next”

Logout

Web browser (PC)

When the SSO is set up , you can't log out on the Web browser (PC).

 

Smartphone App

If you have set up SSO, you can log out in the smartphone app by following the steps below.

  1. Tap________.pngat the top left-hand corner of the screen, then “Settings”
  2. Tap “Logout”
